Taïm Mediterranean Kitchen To Open First NJ Eatery In Princeton

Taïm Mediterranean Kitchen​ currently has seven locations across the country and is recognized for its falafels.

PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton Shopping Center is set to welcome a new eatery. New York-based Taïm Mediterranean Kitchen will open its first New Jersey location in Princeton.

“We serve fast-casual Mediterranean food and opened our first restaurant in 2005 in the West Village, New York,” said Leslie Neviaser VP Marketing, Taïm Mediterranean Kitchen. “Princeton is our first location in the suburbs of New Jersey.”

Taïm Mediterranean Kitchen currently has seven locations — six in New York and one in Washington DC.

Recognized for its falafels, the eatery is well known for its cauliflower shawarma, eggplant sabich, kebabs and more. Their menu also includes made-to-order stuffed pitas, bowls, mezze, fires and an array of house-made fries.

“Princeton is a family-oriented, vibrant town with the university, students, and so many businesses. Out eatery has something for everyone – we have healthy meals for people on the go,” Neviaser said.

The eatery is officially slated to open on June 2.

Currently, Taïm Mediterranean Kitchen is hosting a job fair at the Princeton Shopping Center. They are hiring Supervisors, line cooks, prep cooks and other team members. The team will be on-site at the Princeton Shopping Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
