Today in Princeton: Learn to Make Easy Healthy Meals & More

Here's what's going on around town today.

Join Veronique Cardon of the Suppers Programs to learn how to make flavorful, easy-to-prepare healthy meals at the Whole Earth Center on Nassau Street. Veronique facilitates Suppers with a French Twist. Employed in the pharmaceutical industry, Veronique also has a Masters degree in nutrition science and brings the simple splendor of her childhood in Normandy to the Suppers tables. This workshop is designed to help our customers understand the relationship between diet and health, 7 p.m. 

Princeton Farmers' Market sells local produce, breads, flowers and more between 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Hinds Plaza, next to the Princeton Public Library on Witherspoon Street.
