YWCA Princeton Sets Date For First Cultural Festival
Proceeds from this event will benefit all programs at the YWCA Princeton.
PRINCETON, NJ - YWCA Princeton will be hosting its first Crafts & Cultures festival on Saturday, Sept. 28.
The event will be held from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. on the YM/YW fields. The event is expected to be a vibrant celebration of diversity, creativity, and community spirit.
Proceeds from this event will benefit all programs at the YWCA Princeton.

There will be performances, artisan crafts, and family-friendly activities that showcase the rich tapestry of the Princeton community.
YWCA Princeton’s Crafts & Cultures Festival is also an opportunity to bring the community together to support the YWCA's mission of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.

"YWCA Princeton’s Crafts & Cultures Festival will be a joyful celebration of our diverse community and shared values. We’re excited to unite through creativity and connection while supporting our mission to eliminate racism and empower women," said Rose Wong, YWCA Princeton Chief Executive Officer.
This event is free to the public and will have more than 40 different vendors. Attendees will have the opportunity to discover unique handmade crafts, savor global flavors, and connect with people from all walks of life.
There will also be a Kids' Fun Zone with a bounce house, crafts and carnival games.
Additionally, the School of Rock will run musical performances from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m. and there will be an interactive Flamenco demonstration at 3 p.m. Expect storyteller and fitness demonstrations as well.
