• Raritan mayor abruptly resigns, citing collaboration concerns (shorenewsnetwork.com) — Raritan residents are waking up to a sudden leadership change after Mayor Nicolas Carra resigned effective immediately, ending nearly a decade of public service to the borough. In a letter to residents, he cited a lack of collaboration needed to achieve his goals but pledged to keep supporting the community as the borough council now works out how to choose his successor.
