2 Red Bank Men Charged With Child Porn Possession
The two men were arrested as a result of investigations that lasted several months, according to the Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor.
RED BANK, NJ — Two men from Red Bank were arrested on Aug. 19 after they were found to be in possession of child sexual abuse material, according to Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Lori Linskey.
Benjamin Luna-Valdetano, 34, was charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of a child via distribution of child sexual abuse material and one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child for the possession of child sexual abuse material.
He was using social media to distribute child sexual abuse material, Linskey said.

Miguel Jacinto-Rivera, 20, was charged with third-degree endangering the welfare of a child via the possession of child sexual abuse material.
The two arrests were the result of a series of investigations led by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office Computer Crimes Unit and the Monmouth County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

The investigations yielded a total of 14 arrests.
If found guilty, Luna-Valdetano faces up to 10 years in prison for the second-degree charge and up to five for the third-degree charge. Jacinto-Rivera faces up to five years in prison.
They would also be registered under Megan's Law and assigned parole supervision for life if found guilty.
