Back To School: Shrewsbury 2021-22 School Calendar

SHREWSBURY, NJ — Back-to-school planning has already begun in Shrewsbury, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day in Shrewsbury Borough School District and Red Bank Regional High School District.

The first day of school for most students in Shrewsbury is Sept. 2 or 8.

Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change as the coronavirus pandemic nears its year-and-a-half point.

Here is the list of dates to know for this school year:

Shrewsbury Borough School District

First Day: Sept. 2 (early dismissal)

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 25-26 (early dismissal on Nov. 24)

Winter Break: Dec. 24-31 (early dismissal on Dec. 23)

Spring Break: April 15-22

Last Day: June 20

Red Bank Regional High School District

First Day: Sept. 8

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 25-26 (early dismissal on Nov. 24)

Winter Break: Dec. 24-31 (early dismissal on Dec. 23)

Spring Break: April 15-22

Last Day: June 17
