RED BANK, NJ – Caffeine lovers, rejoice: Booskerdoo Coffee & Baking Co. will be opening its doors to Red Bank on Thursday.

The 200 Monmouth St. location will be nestled inside the new Sickles in the historic Anderson Building.

The Red Bank location marks the New Jersey coffee shop’s sixth storefront and fifth in the Monmouth County region. The first Booskerdoo opened in Asbury Park in 2011, quickly amassing a cult-like following by Shore coffee lovers.

The full-service roaster and bakery will be offering an array of coffees, teas and in-house baked goods. According to a release, the chain uses a custom-built reverse osmosis water filtration system for its fresh brews.

“We are thrilled to bring our warm and fun culture, freshly roasted coffee, and delicious bakery menu to the West Side of Red Bank,” said James Caverly, co-founder and CEO of Booskerdoo Coffee & Baking Co. in a statement.

“The Anderson Building, and Sickles specifically, is the ideal location for us to conveniently serve current Booskerdoo fans and to introduce ourselves to a whole new audience. Red Bank’s West Side is booming and we’re excited to be a part of the growth taking place there.”

The storefront will be following social distancing measures as part of its soft opening, according to the release. Customers can download the Booskerdoo mobile application, which allows users to order and pay for items for pick-up. App users can also earn loyalty points for free items.

In order to maintain peak freshness, beans are only given a one-week shelf life. To give back to local communities, the coffee chain donates its leftover weekly coffee beans to addiction recovery centers in the tri-state area.
