Comedian Jon Stewart Selling His 2 NJ Waterfront Mansions
The two houses stand side-by-side on the Navesink River. One of them sold for $5.3 million.

RED BANK, NJ — Comedian Jon Stewart is reportedly saying goodbye to his two Red Bank homes, according to documents filed with the Monmouth County Clerk's Office.
Red Bank Green first reported that the comedian sold his house on Alston Court and more recently found a buyer for the adjacent mansion on Fisher Place. The two houses stand side-by-side by the Navesink River.
According to a deed filed on Sept. 15, the Alston Court property was sold for $5.3 million to a couple.

The property was previously listed under the name Shamsky Monkey Trust, which is owned by Stewart according to the publication.

A notice of settlement filed on Oct. 1 lists a buyer for the property on Fisher Place, which was also owned by owned Stewart via an entity called Red Bank River Trust.
Stewart will be in Red Bank this week to host a charity gala at the Count Basie Center on Oct. 15.
"There's gonna be incredible honorees, there's gonna be some delicious food, perhaps a little dancing," the comedian said in a video.
