RED BANK, NJ — Route 35 northbound at Broad Street has been reopened to all traffic, the borough reported Wednesday afternoon, just before 5 p.m.But police say the roadway will be closed again Thursday at about 9:30 a.m. for paving. Due to emergency utility work, both northbound lanes of Highway 35 were closed earlier Wednesday at Newman Springs Road. No immediate information on the exact nature of the emergency was available.
