RED BANK, NJ — Good Life Organic Kitchen is going up for sale in Red Bank, according to a post from one of the restaurant’s owners.

Though the two are planning to move, the owners have reassured customers that they’re not going anywhere just yet.

“We are fully committed to keeping [Good Life Organic Kitchen] open and thriving,” Anita Pierce said in a Facebook post. “We’re simply looking to hand over ownership to someone who shares the same values, goals, and mission for the business so we can free ourselves to pursue other endeavors and focus more on family matters.”

Currently, the Pierce's said they are looking for people who would be interested in taking over the superfood bar and cafe from them.

For the right price, Anita added that Melvin Pierce would be willing to stay on until the pair’s moving date to help the new owners train their staff and ensure a smooth transition.

“We know how much Good Life means to the community,” Pierce said. “Instead of simply walking away and letting all of our customers down when our lease is up next year, we want to give someone the opportunity to continue the GLO legacy and keep serving the nutritious, delicious food that so many people have come to love.”
