Hydrant Flow Testing Thursday In Broad Street Area, Red Bank
Red Bank Borough advises water customers of hydrant flow tests in a limited part of Broad Street on Nov. 9.
RED BANK, NJ — On Thursday, Nov. 9, a few water customers in Red Bank will receive hydrant flow testing.
The testing will verify the water supply for fire protection as required by the NJ Uniform Construction & Fire Codes.
Flow will be tested at addresses 3 Broad St. to 5 Broad St. on Thursday, the borough said.

Residents in this area may experience discolored water because the hydrant flow testing causes sediment to become visible.
Residents are encouraged to run cold water for a few minutes until the water runs clear.
