“LeGrand” Sandwich Collaboration Launches In Red Bank
New Jersey favorites Eric LeGrand and Taliercio's Deli have teamed up to launch "The LeGrand" sandwich.

RED BANK, NJ — New Jersey favorites Eric LeGrand and Taliercio’s Deli have teamed up to launch their collaborative sandwich, “The LeGrand,” in Red Bank.
The sandwich officially launched on July 13 and features homemade roasted chicken marinated in Eric LeGrand Bourbon and rubbed with LeGrand Coffee House Colombia Roast. The chicken is pulled then topped with a peach bourbon barbecue sauce, made with Eric LeGrand Bourbon, white cheddar cheese and smoked bacon.
Since its launch, “The LeGrand” will now be a permanent addition to Taliercio’s menu.

All proceeds from July sales of “The LeGrand” will go to the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, which supports those living with and impacted by paralysis by finding the cure for spinal cord injuries.
According to LeGrand’s website, LeGrand sustained a spinal cord injury at his C3 and C4 vertebrae in October 2010 while playing football for Rutgers University at MetLife Stadium.

Team LeGrand was then launched in September 2013 as a fundraising arm for the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, and has since raised over $2 million.
