Local Gardener Dies at 81

James Carroll Hanisch, 81, of Red Bank, died Sunday at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. 

Hanisch was born in Long Branch and lived there before moving to Red Bank. He was a gardener at Due Process Farm in Colts Neck before retiring.

He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Gertrude Hanisch and a brother, Frank Hanisch. Surviving are two brothers, Paul and Ronald Hanisch.
