Outdoor Dining In Red Bank: Places To Watch As It Warms Up

Spring weather is creeping up slowly this year, and soon we'll be enjoying outdoor dining again at some favorite Red Bank area eateries.

RED BANK, NJ— Patios and sidewalks make great dining spaces and the weather is bound to begin cooperating soon. Here are some Red Bank and Shrewsbury area places that offer outdoor dining.

Dublin House Pub & Restaurant — If you're itching to dine outdoors, try the wide and inviting patio space at Dublin House, 30 Monmouth St. in Red Bank. It's waiting along with the bangers and mash.

The Robinson Ale House — Not far away, The Robinson Ale House also offers a nice outdoor dining space at 26 Broad St. in Red Bank. It's an American bar and grill with all the expected good food and fun. There are other locations in Asbury Park and Long Branch, also with great outdoor dining space, if you're making an in-state road trip.

Kitch Organic — Eating healthy? Stop in at 75 Leighton Ave. in Red Bank for avocado toast and super smoothies, plus gluten-free menu items. Kitch Organic might be serving a bison burger with a sweet potato hash patty or blueberry hibiscus tea, but whatever is on the menu, it'll be fresh and surprising and even more enjoyable out on the patio. Brunch and lunch are served early and it's open until 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

d'jeet? — Open-air dining on the bricks is always a pleasure. At 637 Broad St. in Shrewsbury, d'jeet? is ready for the coming better weather. This little eatery started up in a home in Red Bank and then expanded to the location in the Grove in Shrewsbury. Come out and enjoy the creations of Executive Chef and owner Casey Pesce.

On The Deck Restaurant — If you're really missing waterfront dining, you might want to drive 5 miles to On The Deck at the Atlantic Highlands Marina. Find it at 10 Simon Lake Dr., Atlantic Highlands. The harborside eatery holds happy hours with bar games, hosts live music, and generally makes sure it's a happening place.

Red Rock Tap & Grill — A huge patio invites diners to enjoy the sun and good food at Red Rock Tap & Grill, 14 Wharf Ave., Red Bank. It's a great place to watch a game with friends and kick back with a specialty cocktail, and now you can do that outside.
