Red Bank Resident, Jan Zingale, Dies at 60

Services begin on Saturday.

Longtime Red Bank resident, Jan S. Zingale, died on Oct. 24 at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. She was 60.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, she lived in Red Bank for the last 33 years with her husband, Fred. Jan worked as a medical transcriptionist for a number of doctors throughout the area. She loved to knit, cook for her family, and take trips to Atlantic City.

Surviving are: her husband of 33 years, Fred Zingale; her son, Michael Zingale; her sister, Lillian DeMuro; and her 3 brothers, Tim, Tom, and John Gamberzky.

Jan was preceded in death by her parents John and Lillian Gamberzky.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. In respect of Jan's wishes, she will be privately cremated.
