Red Bank’s Molly Pitcher Inn Takes Winter Hiatus
The dining and lodging establishment will be suspending operations until March 2021, its management announced Wednesday.

RED BANK, NJ - Waterfront dining and lodging establishment Molly Pitcher Inn will be suspending operations at its Riverside Avenue location for the winter, according to an announcement posted to social media Wednesday.
The inn will be “temporarily suspending operations” starting Dec. 28 until March 2021, the notice reads. The suspension includes all dining, hotel accommodations, and events.
“Our team will directly contact those with reservations and event bookings in January and February to discuss next steps,” the social media post continues. “We will also be available to field any questions beginning on December 29th and can be reached at 732-747-2500.”

The establishment’s sister property, the Oyster Point Hotel, will remain open during the winter.
“We look forward to reopening this Spring and seeing you all again soon,” the owners wrote.

While the Red Bank hotel is slated to reopen, nearby establishments can’t consider themselves as lucky. 2020 has seen a slew of popular dining and retail facilities move or shut down permanently, including:
- Via45
- Alfonso's Pastry Shoppe
- Ocean Cafe
- Jay and Silent Bob's Secret Stash
