Red Bank's Char Steakhouse Ranks Among Top 20 In State

RED BANK, NJ — Red Bank residents who want a delicious steak need look no further than their own backyard, according to New Jersey Monthly.

The publication published its list of the top 20 steakhouses in the Garden State. New Jersey Monthly included Red Banks Char on its list. Char is located in the heart of downtown Red Bank at 33 Broad St., with a second location in Raritan Borough.

“Befitting its name, Char serves all its beef with a hearty crust that reveals a juicy interior,” said the NJ Monthly. The magazine highlighted the restaurant's filet mignon and their 4-ounce, dry-aged prime strip steak.

The restaurant also serves a variety of side dishes to go with the steak. Char's potato gratin with Gruyère and crisp Asiago truffle fries were the recommendations from NJ Monthly.
