Road Closures, Blocked Sidewalks Planned In Red Bank

RED BANK, NJ — Residents should be aware of temporary road closures and blocked sidewalks that may result from the borough's lead test pitting project this week.

Test pitting is being done to assess the composition of water service lines connecting residences to the main water supply, according to the borough website.

While pitting takes place, borough officials said sections of the following streets will be impacted:

• Oakland St.
• Wall St.
• Riverside Ave.
• Marine Park
• West St.
• Monmouth St.
• W Front St.
• Wharf Ave.
• Bossman Pl.
• Rector Pl.
• Water St.
