Road Closures Planned For Annual Shrewsbury 5K Classic
See when and where you can expect roads to be closed for the race on Sunday.
SHREWSBURY, NJ — Drivers should be aware of upcoming road closures planned for the annual Shrewsbury 5K Classic on Sunday.
Due to the 5K, roads along the race route — as well as connecting streets — will be closed to all vehicle traffic, Shrewsbury Police said.
From 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., police said the following roads will be closed:

- Patterson Ave. and connecting streets between Highway 35 and Trafford St.
- Trafford St.
- Francis St. between Henry St. and Trafford St.
- Spruce Dr.
- Birch Dr.
- Samara Dr.
- Obre Pl.
- Quaker Way
Police are asking drivers to plan accordingly.
"We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you," police said.
