Search is On for RBR Hall of Fame Inductees

The search is on for Red Bank Regional High School's next alumni to be honored in its Hall of Fame.

The tradition of honoring what the high school deems its most distinguished alumni has existed for more than a decade now. Through effort, coordinated in cooperation with the RBR Education Foundation, nominations are fielded from the public and narrowed down and ultimately chosen by an RBR committee.

Those chosen for induction will be announced at a luncheon on April 25, 2014 where students will celebrate their lives in prose and music at a special ceremony, according to an RBR release.

Nominees must be alumni of  RBR or its predecessor, Red Bank High School, from at least 15 years ago, it added. "They should be role models to our young people, have distinguished themselves in their careers and/or served their communities with honor and significant commitment," the release said.

All nominations should be sent to Debbie Orrigo, RBR administrative assistant by via email at dorrigo@rbrhs.org or by calling 732-842-8000, ext. 1240.

Nominations will also be accepted in writing. Mail submissions to Red Bank Regional School District, 101 Ridge Road, Little Silver NJ 07739, attention of Ms. Orrigo.

If possible, please include contact information for the nominee, including address, phone number, and email address. The deadline for nominations is Monday, Dec. 2, 2014.
