Debra Joseph, 33, of Crawford Street was indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury Wednesday on charges of theft of movable property, forgery and uttering a forged instrument. Joseph is accused of forging checks and cashing them at Sovereign Bank in Eatontown from April 16 to Sept. 3.
