Starting a Busy Weekend with Cheese, Ghosts and Haunted Theater

It what's going on in the Red Bank-Shrewsbury area today through the weekend.

Well, it's Friday, friends and fans; and there's a busy, fun weekend ahead.

It looks like the weather is going to cooperate, with the forecast showing clear skies and temperatures in the mid-50s to 60s.

• Don't forget to check our local round-up of weekend events, which starts off with $5 Fridays at the Cheese Cave and Ghost Tours leaving from the Dublin House at 8:30 p.m.. And there's also a county-wide wrap as well.

• We'll be looking into a claim by Democrats that Red Bank Borough Council candidate Sean DiSomma has an active warrant out for his arrest stemming from a traffic incident. A statement has been released by the Democratic party, but DiSomma has not yet commented to Patch.
