Two River Theater Cancels 'Three Sisters' Play Due To COVID-19
The theater company now plans to produce the show during the 2022/2023 season.
RED BANK, NJ — Two River Theater has canceled its upcoming performance of "Three Sisters" because of COVID-19 concerns.
The theater company now plans to produce the show during the 2022/2023 season.
"Due to the current surge in Covid-19 cases, and in the interest of the safety of our patrons, staff and artists, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our upcoming production," the Two River said.

Tickets holders for performances in January and February will be contacted by the box office via email and phone this week to discuss ticketing options.
Originally written by Anton Chekhov, "Three Sisters" is a play about sisters Olga, Masha, and Irinalm, who are stuck in the Russian countryside at the turn of the 20th century and who dream of futures in the wake of their father’s death and a changing Russia.
