Woman, Child Found Dead In Jersey Shore Home, Prosecutor Says

Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago and Red Bank Police Chief Michael Frazee said there is no threat to the public.

RED BANK, NJ — Authorities are investigating after two people were found dead in a private home on Thursday, Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Spokesman Mark Spivey told Patch.

On Thursday morning, Spivey said a woman and a child were found dead in a private residence. Authorities did not specify where they were found or release their names.

According to a report from RedBankGreen, police were conducting a “death investigation” at a Red Bank apartment building on Thursday, and neighbors in the Springview Gardens complex told a reporter that a resident had come home to find two family members dead.
