Another Swastika Found At Glen Rock High School
The symbol of hate was etched into a classroom wall, police said.
GLEN ROCK, NJ — Another swastika was found at a Glen Rock school, police said.
A teacher found the swastika etched into a classroom wall Thursday, said Chief Dean Ackermann. Police were notified of the discovery at 12:30 p.m.
Police went and took photographs, but "very little in the way of evidence existed," Ackermann said.

Detectives will conduct a follow-up investigation. Ackermann said all bias-related incidents are treated seriously.
School administrators, staff, and maintenance personnel are searching the high school for any other "bias or inappropriate graffiti," Ackermann said.

It is the second time a swastika was found on school property recently. One was found May 28 in a bathroom shared between the high school and middle school.
Mayor Bruce Packer and the Borough Council released a joint statement Wednesday condemning hate speech in the borough.
