Police from departments across the county helped the Bergen County Sheriff's Office round up seven people who were wanted by authorities.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ – Police from 14 departments across the county helped the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office round up seven people who were wanted by authorities for failing to appear in court.

Sheriff Anthony Cureton said the arrests made Sept. 26 during the Fugitive Task Force's early morning operation also generated multiple leads for police.

“I would like to thank the BCSO personnel and all the participating departments who helped make our third operation a success. Out of all the attempts, multiple arrests were made and new leads were gathered that will significantly help the task force next time it convenes” said Cureton.
