HACKENSACK, NJ – Walgreens is closing three of its New Jersey stores this month, including one in Bergen County, according to a report.

NJ Advance Media reported that the pharmacy chain’s Hackensack location will shutter on March 9.

Walgreens, the second-largest pharmacy chain in the country, announced last fall that it plans to close 200 of its 10,000 stores to help save the company $1.5 billion, CNBC reported.
