About the Attorneys

E. Drew Britcher, Esq., co-founder of Britcher, Leone & Sergio and lead of its trial practice, focuses on complex medical negligence claims and has successfully prosecuted and resolved matters totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. Armand Leone, Jr. MD, Esq., a co-founder of Britcher, Leone & Sergio and lead of its medical malpractice practice, is a Board- Certified Diagnostic Radiologist and attorney. Leone also acts as counsel and adjudicates hearings in horse racing and international equine sports matters. He practiced radiology prior to entering the practice of law; Leone is admitted to practice both medicine and law in New Jersey and New York, and he is a Fellow of the College of Legal Medicine and a Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine. He graduated with honors from the University of Virginia, New York Medical College and Columbia University Law School, and earned an MBA in Healthcare and Finance at Columbia University. His extensive medical training included a surgical internship at Montefiore Hospital in New York, the completion of his radiology residency at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY, and serving as Chief Radiology Resident at Metropolitan Hospital in New York. Leone resides in Pittstown, NJ.

Tyrone F. Sergio, Esq., is a partner and heads up the firm’s Morristown office. With an extensive background in personal injury and medical malpractice law, Sergio focuses his practice on a wide range of personal injury matters, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, construction accidents, nursing home malpractice, automobile accidents and premises liability cases. Over the course of his career, he has obtained numerous favorable results for his clients, including a $4.5 million motor vehicle accident settlement and a $4 million medical malpractice settlement. First honored by Best Lawyers in America in 2024, Sergio earned a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from Villanova University. He resides in Berkeley Heights, NJ.

Stephen “Skippy” Weinstein, Esq., is of counsel at Britcher, Leone & Sergio, where he focuses on case strategy and new business development. He has devoted his career to medical malpractice and personal injury matters, including wrongful death, serious personal injury, brain injury, birth injury, product liability, construction accidents, automobile accidents, and slip and fall accidents. Additionally, Weinstein has handled all aspects of criminal litigation and has tried to verdict more than a dozen murder cases.
