Driver of Vehicle That Struck and Killed Six Year Old Identified
Police say a 24-year-old woman was attempting to avoid parked car when she fatally struck Kelly Creegan
More details are beginning to emerge as to how a in a driveway on Overbrook Road.
According to a news release sent by Ridgewood Police Thursday morning, 24-year-old Mirjam Kaiser, of Ridgewood, drove up the driveway of the house next door, crossed the grass to avoid a parked car and struck , who was playing in front of the parked vehicle.
Creegan was taken to but pronounced dead before arrival.

No charges have been filed at this time and the investigation remains open, police said.
