Rich Malter Cancer Fund Raiser

The benefit is for Rich Malter, a former Fair Lawn resident, Graduating Class of 1980, was a member of the Knights of Columbus, coached Fair Lawn Football Association and a Volunteer Fireman before relocating to North Carolina.  Rich has liver cancer, lost his job due to the illness and with that lost his insurance.  Rich has an 11 year old daughter, Elizabeth, and wife, Janice, who will survive him and they are in rough shape financially. 

Rich has been told he has only a 6 to 8 week window to receive a liver transplant or he will not survive.  Cancer patients have a tough time getting on the donor list. 

Please bring as many people to the open house as you can.  The more we raise for Rich the greater the relief that his family will have some money to continue living.
