Find This: Yarn Wrapped Around Pole

In this occassional feature called "Where in Ridgewood-Glen Rock?" we're asking our Facebook fans to identify photos of obscure locations or sites in photos intentionally obscuring well-known locales.

Last time that the blue telephone sign was slapped on the apartment building at 8 Van Neste Sq. in Ridgewood.

This edition features some sort of crochet or lacrosse netting wrapped around a pole. Seriously. I have no idea who did this or what purpose – if any – it serves. Bonus for anyone who can tell (or guess) why it's there.
