BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Independence Day falls on a Friday in 2025, kicking off a star-spangled three-day weekend packed with fireworks, festivals and other Fourth of July fun in and around Bergen County.

What: Ridgewood 4th of July Celebration
Where: Wilsey Square in Morning, later at Veterans Field
When: Some events start at 9 a.m. July 4, then 6 p.m.

What: Paramus Independence Day Parade, followed By Celebration And Fireworks
Where: Parade kicks off July 4, 9 a.m., Farview Avenue and E. Century Road. But the food trucks, fair, and fireworks are July 6, festivities starting 5 p.m.
When: Parade is 9 a.m. July 4; other activities kick off July 6 at 5 and 6 p.m.
