UPPER SADDLE RIVER, NJ - A fuel spill and jackknifed tractor trailer is affecting commuter traffic in NJ Tuesday morning, authorities said.
As of 8:16 a.m., there's a fuel spill and jackknifed tractor trailer on NJ 17 southbound south of Lake Street in Upper Saddle River, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation's 511NJ website.
All lanes closed and detoured, the agency said.
