Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Plan Ridgewood Stop On Book Tour

RIDGEWOOD, NJ – Former First Lady and Presidential nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton and her daughter, Chelsea Clinton, are coming to Ridgewood to promote their new book.

Tickets are already sold out for “An Evening and Conversation with Hillary Rodham Clinton and Chelsea Clinton,” which is being held Oct. 6 at the Women’s Club of Ridgewood.

The event is being presented by Bookends Bookstore and The Women’s Club of Ridgewood.

The mother-daughter duo will be discussing their first book together,“The Book of Gutsy Women: Favorite Stories of Courage and Resilience."

The book - set to be released on Oct. 1 - is a collection of stories about women who have broken barriers and stood up to the status quo, according to publisher Simon and Schuster. The book includes figures such as Harriet Tubman, Marie Curie and Ellen DeGeneres.

Advance registration is required, however since the event is sold out you can request to be put on the wait list by calling Bookends Bookstore at at 201-445-0726.

Tickets cost $45 and includes an unsigned copy of the book.

Clinton, a former senator, U.S. Secretary of State and 2016 Democratic nominee for President, and her daughter have been regularly selling out book tour stops across the country over the last few weeks.
