Housing Developments on Tuesday Planning Board Agenda
Discussion expected to involve type of rezoning the board may want to pursue.

Though Valley Hospital's latest expansion hopes are on the horizon, the planning board remains knee deep in another controversial Master Plan amendment matter – four housing developments proposed in Ridgewood's downtown.
On Tuesday at 7:30 p.m., the planning board will hold yet another meeting to discuss the merits of drafting new zoning law to allow for more than 320 units.
Having already discussed traffic and possible school impacts, the board is expected to spend much of Tuesday's meeting assessing its zoning options – multiple zones, an overlay zone, or even redevelopment zones.
