RIDGEWOOD, NJ – A Paramus man faces charges after authorities say he snapped inappropriate pictures of Immaculate Heart Academy students hanging out after school at Starbucks.

Louis Tournour, 53, was arrested Friday outside of Starbucks on Route 17 south in Ridgewood, a day after authorities first received a complaint about a man taking photos of students at the shop from the all girls Catholic high school, according to Ridgewood Police Chief Jacqueline Luthcke.

Officers responded to Starbucks Thursday after the report was called in regarding students from the Washington Township school, but Tournour left before they arrived, the chief said.

He was charged with one count of stalking and one count of invasion of privacy for snapping pictures, she said.
