A West Milford man is facing child endangerment and drug charges in Glen Rock.

A West Milford man is facing charges he was throwing bags of heroin and cocaine out of a car window while his 14-month-old daughter was in the back seat.

James Harlin, 25, was allegedly caught tossing items out of his passenger side window during a traffic stop on Route 208 Friday afternoon,  Captain Jonathan Miller said Monday.
