New Salad House Restaurant To Open In Ridgewood
The restaurant offer salads, sandwiches, grain bowls and more, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.

RIDGEWOOD, NJ - Craving a freshly made salad, sandwich or grain bowl? Salad House is exactly what you’re looking for.
The restaurant chain, owned by Bergen County resident Jack Somnez, will open its newest branch in Ridgewood at 12 Wilsey Square.
“Salad House provides customers with a level of customizability that is unique to the fast-casual industry. Our menu has a wide variety of healthy lifestyle menu items, so that our customers will always be able to find something that satisfies their appetite,” Somnez said.

The restaurant offers vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. There’s also a children’s menu with chicken fingers and quesadillas.
This is the first of four new Salad House locations opening in the next few months in New Jersey, including one in downtown Englewood in May. These sites will join locations in Millburn, Morristown, Westfield, Montclair and Livingston.
