NY Men Arrested After Allegedly 'Doxing' NJ Cops

Authorities say they posted private information of more than three dozen law enforcement officers, including social security numbers.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ - Two New York men face charges after authorities say they posted private information of more than three dozen law enforcement officers, including social security numbers, phone numbers and home addresses.

After a months-long investigation, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office determined that Evan Koulikov, 21, of Spring Valley accessed a secure database of a New Jersey medical services company in May 2019 and copied personal identifying information of at least 50 public employees, according to Prosecutor Mark Musella.

Koulikov, with help from 24-year-old Eric Williams of New City, then made harassing phone calls to 38 people, mostly police officers and “doxed” their victims by posting personal information online, Musella said.
