RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Polling sites are closed, and the unofficial tallies of votes in New Jersey's 2022 general election are being counted.

Ridgewood Village Council (* nonpartisan):

Four candidates — incumbent Mayor Susan Knudsen and three newcomers — are vying for two open seats on the Village Council.

Here are the results as of 1:03 p.m., Nov. 9

Susan Knudsen — 3,243 (21.79%)

James Van Goor — 2,638 (17.73%)

Siobhan Winograd, running under the slogan "An Independent Voice For Ridgewood" — 4,455 (30.01%)

Evan Weitz — 4,520 (30.37%)

Bergen County Board of County Commissioners

Six candidates — three Democratic incumbents and three Republican challengers — are vying for three open seats on the Board of Commissioners.

Thomas Sullivan, Democratic incumbent — 142,875 (17.84%)

Mary Amoroso, Democratic incumbent — 143,546 (17.93%)

Germaine Ortiz, Democratic incumbent — 140,669 (17.57%)

Douglas Holden, Republican — 125,330 (15.65%)

Ronald Joseph Lin, Republican — 124,184 (15.51%)

Deirdre G. Paul, Republican — 123,866 (15.47%)

Bergen County Executive:

James Tedesco, Democratic incumbent — 150,246 (55.19%)

Todd Caliguire, Republican — 121,888 (44.78%)

New Jersey Congressional District 5 Representative:

Rep. Josh Gottheimer is projected to win against opponent Frank Pallotta, according to the Associated Press.
