The following is a police blotter from the Ridgewood Police Department:
On Saturday, Dec. 6 at 1:57 a.m., Ridgewood police arrested Eddie R. Gonzalez of Clifton for driving under the influence in the vicinity of 1200 East Ridgewood Avenue, Ridgewood Police Chief John Ward said. Gonnzalez was issued a motor vehicle summons for driving under the influence, speeding and failure to maintain a traffic lane. His vehicle was impounded and he was released under the requirements of John’s Law pending an appearance before the Ridgewood Municipal Court.
On Dec. 12 at 8:30 p.m., Ridgewood police observed a vehicle parked at Ridge School and after investigating, police determined the vehicle’s occupants were underage and in possession of alcohol. Kylie Daniels, 18, of Ridgewood, and a juvenile were arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. Both were released pending an appearance in court.
