Ridgewood Won't Accept Midland Park Students, Report Says
No room at Ridgewood High School for students from outside the village, Ridgewood superintendent says.

Superintendent Dan Fishbein says the village high school is too full to bring kids in from Midland Park, even if its neighbor paid tuition for its students.
Ridgewood High School , according to enrollment figures. While most districts in the state have seen a dip in enrollment, Ridgewood averages an additional 50 students per year.
"There is no interest in entering into a send/receive agreement. They have 340 [high school] students, and we do not have room," Fishbein told The Ridgewood News. "We simply met with a neighbor who is in the extreme preliminary stages of exploring if this is a direction they want to contemplate heading."
