Smesko Headlines All-American Girls Lax Team
The Ridgewood scoring extraordinaire was the 2011 North Jersey Player of the Year and was named to the 2012 Under Armour South Girls All-American Team
lacrosse standout Kelci Smesko is one of five New Jersey girls selected to the 2012 Under Armour South Girls All-America Team.
Smesko, a team captain who has 59 goals and 18 assists, will be headed off to Duke next year. Also a star on the basketball team, Smesko was named the 2011 North Jersey player of the year and an All-American.
The girls team, which has lost two games in the last two years, recently won the Bergen County tournament. They're also the , two years running.
