Snow May Make For A White Hanukkah In Bergen County, Forecasters Say
Snow is now predicted in Bergen County this weekend.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Snow is in the forecast for Bergen County early Sunday morning, forecasters say. With temperatures staying below freezing on Sunday, it may still be on the ground at sundown.
The National Weather Service says there's a 40 percent chance of snow in the county after 1 a.m. on Sunday morning. The high that day is expected to be 30, dropping into the teens at night.
Sunset will be early on Sunday, 4:29 p.m. That's when the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah begins.
