Borough's housing market stable, Michael Shetler reports.
agent provided his mid-year report on Glen Rock's housing market, reporting that the borough has the lowest rate of inventory on the market in Northwest Bergen County, at 4.8 months.
Over the course of five years, the value of homes has dropped close to 20 percent, he said.
