VIDEO: Lightning Strikes Ridgewood Sky
Quick video shot Wednesday afternoon captured bolts to the northwest of the village.
In the midst of a terrible drought, there appeared to be some light at the end of the tunnel – intense lightning storms and thunder lit up the afternoon sky in Ridgewood on Wednesday, though there was limited rain to show for it.
It may not match the intensity and beauty of , but the lightning does demonstrate the awesome power of the weather.
