The man accused of has been arrested, Prosecutor John L. Molinelli announced this week.
According to authorities, Shahan Achian, 26, of Upper Saddle River, offered large denominations of money in exchange for sexual acts. He's alleged to have made attempts in Glen Rock, Ridgewood, Montvale, Allendale, Ho-Ho-Kus and Upper Saddle River, law enforcement officials contend.
Achian has been charged with nearly a dozen counts related to the alleged incidents, which took place between October and early November.
