Reid has allowed only one run in his six innings of work, while also recording six strikeouts in his time in the Sunshine State.

Mike Rucereto of Washington Township manned the backstop as the catcher for the BC pitching staff, and has made a smooth transition to the college ranks in a demanding position. Rucereto is currently catching at Susquehanna University at the Division III level, and the freshman has pushed his way into the starting lineup for 10 of the first 19 games of the season for the Crusaders and already ranks fifth on the team in RBIs (17) with a batting average of .244.
