Oradell Girl Scouts Lauren Gerlin and Catie Mooney of Troop 995 are currently collecting school supplies for children at Shelter Our Sisters, a Hackensack-based shelter for women and children who are victims of domestic violence.

The collection is part of their Girl Scout Silver Award project and items will be collected through May 25 at both the River Edge and Oradell Public Libraries.
