Flood Named Operations Officer at Freedom Bank

, recently named Jennifer A. Flood to the position of Operations Officer. Coming from Visions Federal Credit Union (formerly Paragon Federal Credit Union), Flood brings over 20 years of experience in the banking industry to Freedom Bank.

While employed with Visions Federal Credit Union, Flood directed and oversaw the New Jersey branch system and key operations departments. Prior to her position at Visions, Ms. Flood served for several years as Head Teller/CSR at Midlantic Bank. She holds various educational degrees from the National Association of Federal Credit Unions, Bergen Community College, and Midlantic Training Center (Advancements in Banking Courses).

Among her many duties, Flood will be responsible for all back office operations to include management of the wire room, Freedom Bank Remote Capture, and business continuity planning. She will be based out of Freedom Bank’s Oradell location.
